Ever get Anti Virus 2009 on your computer? From day to day working I see computers come in with this rogue virus. This virus is tricky to get off.
1. Download CCleaner, It is a free download that cleans up your computer. After running this program proceed with the download malwarebytes.
2. Update and run malwarebytes. After the scan is completed delete all of the items found.
3. Then you go to download A squared it is also a free download. Update and run this program.
4. Last but not least download avg 8.5 free edition to monitor your computer so this problem doesn't occur again.
After all of this is completed your rogue virus should be off of your computer. This combination is great and always works for me on every computer that I work on and fix. I will post links below to all of the sites on where to get the software. I hope this helps!!

OMG! I think this is what my laptop has! It keeps freezing up the computer and will not move until you "install" and run" it. Right, not happening. I will try your tricks and see how far they take me. Thanks! =)
